Women at the Crossroads

Perhaps you feel called to make some changes in your life. But what are those changes supposed to be? It's a great opportunity for learning and growth. And you may also feel a bit of anxiety or frustration because you aren't exactly sure what you are being called to do or to be.

You are being asked: "What do you want to do with the gift of life you have been given?" What do you love? Is there something you've always wanted to try or were curious about? Go for it!

What's holding you back? Fear? Self-doubt? The who do you think you are kind of thoughts? Uncertainty? Too young? Too old? Don't know enough about that topic? Don't know where to start? Time? Money? Other people have already done it kind of thoughts? Other peope need you right now? This list can go on and on.

But all of the above are solvable. What is most important to know is there is no other woman in the world who is just like you! You are unique. You are the only one who can share your gifts, skills, and talents. We need you. The world needs you.

Think about women in your life or in history who have been mentors or guides or an inspiration for you. Try some of their attributes on for size. For example: I think of my mom, step-mom, Eleanor Roosevelt, Amelia Earhart, Joan of Arc, and Jane Goodall. Quite a varied list of women. But for me, each one was/is courageous, steadfast, caring, and strong with strong beliefs. Those are attributes or characteristics that have helped me to continue my own journey of healing, growth, sharing, learning, loving, and playing.

What about you? Who are the women in your life or in history who have inspired or motivated you? Take your cue from these women, and get moving!

PS As a result of working with me, women will recognize their courage, gain clarity on their dreams and goals, heal the pain of past trauma, and be empowered to create a life they love living. I'm looking for women who are ready to stretch outside their comfort zone, break through their own limiting beliefs, and Move Beyond Survival to experience a life of health and well-being.--Who do you know? I would love to work with them.
