Move Beyond Survival

My Life's journey has been the training ground for my passion and life's purpose.

Iam a wife, mother, step-mother, grandmother, and I believe I have more to offer.

I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse, witness to domestic violence, and a woman who made "safe" choices, which weren't always emotionally healthy and were certainly not fulfilling.

When I was 29 years old, I said to myself: "I am no longer going to continue living my life this way. I want and deserve what is good and right for me." My own transformation began.

It's only in looking back that I learned my own childhood and the following years in my 20's led me to my work and my passion: Women who are at a crossroads or are stuck, but who want to Move Beyond Survival and create and live a fulfilling life.

I have learned so much from my work, and the people I have been honored to support, guide, and serve over the past 40+ years as a:

- Child Protective Services Social Worker
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (42 years)
- Deputy Director of Social Services
- Medical Social Worker in a hospital Birth Center, Pediatrics, NICU
- Medical Social Worker in a hospital Cancer and Med-Surg Units
- Community College Instructor in child abuse identification and prevention.

And then I was at a crossroads in my own life. I was feeling pulled or called to become a Life Coach. After an intensive training I became certified as a Transformational Life coach.

All of my personal and work history had laid a strong foundation for my being a Transformational Life Coach dedicated to supporting each woman in learning and knowing she is worthy; being self-confident; recognizing her own gifts, skills, and talents; valuing herself and her dreams; knowing she has power and using it; and taking action in creating the life she wants to live.
