Begin by asking yourself, "What do I want?" and write down your answers. Do this for three minutes. Don't hurry. Just gently ask yourself, "What do I want?"
(Notice the question is what you want, NOT what you don't want.)
Who are you? Do you know? Would you like to know more?
For three minutes each day for one week ask yourself, "Who am I?" and write down your one to three word answer. You repeat the question, then write down your one to three word answer after each question. You do this for three minutes each day for one week.
Don't hurry. Just gently ask yourself, "Who am I?"
Try doing this simple, but enlightening, exercise for one week. After one week, review your answers to learn if there is a pattern or theme with some of your answers.
After the one week, ask yourself, "What do I want?" and write down your answers.
Have your answers changed or stayed the same? What have you discovered?
Don't stop with what you've discovered. Now is the time to take action on what you've discovered.
Go for it! You can do this! You are worth it! You've got this! Say, "I can do this!"
