Some ideas to help you have a good day:
Start each day by giving thanks for the day.
Use your imagination and thoughts in the positive.
Think about what brings you joy.
Say to yourself, "Today is a (positive, productive, God-centered, calm, uplifting) day."
I am calm. I choose calm.
I am positive. I choose to be positive.
Focus on the good or positive memories.
Say to yourself, "I choose health. I choose good health."
Remember to breathe.........
I can do this!
Imagine you are being held by God (the Universe, Higher Power, Great Spirit, Mother Nature, the Force, the Source), and you are comforted.
Spend some time in nature.
Listen to the sounds of nature.
Sing or listen to music.
Dance.
Laugh.
Smile. (They're catching:)
Note: Whenever you find that you have started down or are on the negative or victim highway, tell "it" and yourself, "No, I'm not going there. I choose to be _____________." (positive, joyful, uplifted, healthy, calm, peaceful.)
Always remember: You have a choice: To cross the bridge or to know why you can't cross the bridge.
(Choose to cross the bridge, because often we never learn the why of things.)
