Are You in a Place of Uncertainty?

Are you at a crossroads in your life? A place of change? An opportunity?

But what decision should you make?

About four years ago I was at a place of uncertainty--a place of change. I felt called or pulled to be a Life Coach.

But why on earth would I quit being a Marriage and Family Therapist after working so hard to get my master's degree 42 years ago, then get my license, then start a nonprofit, then provide a fabulous conference for several years for women abused as children? And what about the wonderful people, children, teens, and adults, who had allowed me to walk with them on part of their life's journey? I was honored.

But I was still being nudged to be a Life Coach.

So, I explored and researched Life Coach programs. I knew I wanted a program that integrated the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our lives. I found two such programs, and took both certification trainings.

There were obstacles on my transformational journey. The uncertatinty was very uncomfortable. Wondering if I was too old to start a new adventure. Listening to the doubts and the doubters. I had to trust myself and the Universe. I had to reconnect with my inner compass. I had to listen to that Still Small Voice. I chose to listen to the Inner Knowing.
