Are You Creating A Life You Love Living?

Well, are you creating a life you love?
Here's what I've learned from my own life, clients sharing about their lives, and in conversations with other people. See if this is true for you.
Unless I wake up each morning with an intention-plan-goals, my day will just basically be the same as yesterday and the day before. Same-o-----Same-o.
And then I moan about it and get frustrated that my life isn't changing.
Boring.....Not fulfilling.....
Now I certainly agree with and encourage everyone to have a day of rest each and every week.
And I do try to take that day of rest.
But I don't want every day to be a day of rest.
So, here's what I try to do.
On the day before I ask myself what I want to accomplish or do the next day; what my intentions are for the next day.
Sometimes I write it all down.
I don't always get my list completed. I've learned I almost always have a list that is way too long for one day.
I also try to check-in with myself to discern whether the items on my list are supportive of me creating a life I love. (Of course, I still have to do things like cleaning the kitty litter box--not my favorite thing.)
Each morning before I get out of bed, I say this little prayer:
"Father-Mother God, Thank you for this day, this time, and your presence in my life.
I ask and give thanks for this day being a good day, a healthy day, a productive day, and a God-centered day. Amen."
It helps me to start the day on a good note-physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
How about you? How do you start your day?
What gets your day off to a good start?
Or what could help you get your day off to a good start?
Some of my clients start their day with a walk. Others do stretching or yoga. Some get up earlier than everyone else in the house in order to enjoy the sounds of nature. Some meditate and some pray. Some drink a quiet cup of tea or coffee.
What kind of life do you want to be living? This is your one and only life, at least this time around. You are the one with the power to create a life you love living. (Sorry, no magic wands. You have to think about what kind of life you would love living, and then you have to do the work.)
I would love to hear from you re: your mornings, your days, the life you are living, and the life you would love living.
Say to yourself, "I've got the power!"
To Your Courageous Self!
