Well, do you want more?

More what?

Good health?

Inner peace?

Friends?

Healthy family relationships?

Money?

Time?

Appreciation?

Joy?

Travel?

Spiritual life?

Quiet time?

Freedom?

Love?

Patience?

Gratitude?

Courage?

Better healthcare?

Acceptance?

The list is endless.

Know that it's okay to want more. It's okay to have more.

It's actually how the universe is designed.

Think of all the stages of human development from newborn to old age. We're always wanting more. Wanting more is part of what keeps us growing and striving.

Here's what I've learned and what others have shared with me: In order to have more, we first have to give thanks for what we do have. Sometimes that can be hard to do.

Say to yourself, "I am thankful for____________."

Say to yourself, "Before I die, I want___________."

Know that there is no limit on what you are thankful for, just as there is no limit on what you want. There are Infinite Possibilities.

P.S. Do your own thoughts get in your way of wanting more? Do you question if you are worthy? Do you think you are deserving? Maybe these thoughts feel familiar to you: "There are a lot of people who don't even have what I have." or "I think I have enough." or "I need to be more thankful for what I do have."

Know that you are not alone.

Stay tuned. I will be offering a live webinar (30-45 minutes) that can help with limiting thoughts and beliefs.
